Sail training is an activity that arose from the need of people who, after obtaining their PER, PY, CY and PPER qualifications, and having completed the sailing extension, do not have enough experience to sail in sailboats.

Even more necessary for those PPERs who teach practical classes or embark on a sailboat as a Professional Skipper.

It is also aimed at those people who want to sail and practice the sport of sailing.

My profession as a Commercial Aircraft Pilot (Boeing 738 Max) led me to train myself in many aspects related to the safety of operations, procedures, meteorology, CRM, Simulators, among many others.

The only way to develop an activity with ease and within the margins of safety is to learn and TRAIN... TRAINING is the basis for a professional performance and must be done periodically at least once a week.

In the sailing practices, I will apply nautical knowledge, navigation, aerodynamics, CRM and safety. It will be a fun and very enriching activity for everyone. The groups are small groups of up to 6 people where each one will be at the helm of the sailboat for at least 1 hour. In the case of the PPER, the goal is that they manage to do the whole operation alone, as in real life, and when they are able to do it, I will bring people who will be passengers to simulate a charter activity.
